Free Support Groups by Southmead Development Trust
Did you know the Southmead Development Trust have a team of Social Prescribers who signpost and support patients to access a range of social support?
There are currently a number of groups running across the city, and a brand-new group starts this month onsite at our practice which looks to support you to manage your energy bills during the cost of living crisis. See more details below:
- Name - Energy Help Desk Group
- Date - Tuesday 26th July
- Location - The Hub, Gloucester Road Medical Centre, BS7 8SA (in person)
- Time - 1:30 – 3pm
- Frequency - Once a month
