I came away from the appointment confident that I had received excellent care. All of my questions were answered and the doctor explained the reasons for the course of action he proposed, so that I have a clear idea of what will happen next.

Good experience, really proactive. Actually quite surprised due to all the scaremongering in the media about how painful simply getting an appointment is let alone anything else. I suspect I'm not the only patient that has been anxious about using the GPs, but thank you for the experience.

I rang 111 with an out of hours concern; they arranged for a GP to phone me 3 hours later; he arranged for blood and urine tests, doubled my BO medication and advised me to make appointments with nurses and a GP; the receptionist helped me make 2 immediate appointments and one in 4 weeks time for a hypertension review. Very friendly and efficient service

Efficient/listening/caring staff. I was seen by an appropriate senior nurse within 2 hours of my phone call. Diagnosis was explained well and guidance for any future deterioration of my condition was clearly explained. Excellent all round - thankyou

Amazing that you are able to answer the phone and there is a kind message when I phoned when needing to wait. The reception team are welcoming and helpful. The surgery environment is beautiful; calm, uncluttered, light and airy. I love the paintings. The screen was helpful when to be seen. The doctor was polite and efficient but seemed rushed. I appreciate how busy you all are. Thank you for an amazing service. :)
