Appointments during the Covid-19 pandemic

Due to the impact of COVID-19 over the past year all GP practices, including ourselves, are now experiencing unprecedented demand for appointments.  We are doing everything we can to support patients during this difficult time, but please be aware that we have a limited number of appointments to offer.

Telephone appointments are available to book, and if a clinician feels they need to see you face to face, they will ask you to arrange this with the reception team. 

Our reception team will always ask for a reason for your call and this is to enable them to offer you the best possible care, taking into account our current constraints. You may also be directed to other services that may be able to help you, such as self-care resources and your local pharmacy.

If you are waiting for a check-up, please be assured we will be in touch.

If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering. Measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery.
