If you are attending the surgery for an agreed face to face appointment, you will need to wear a face covering. This can be a simple scarf which covers your mouth and nose.

Face Mask Exemption

Please be aware that doctors are not able to write letters to exempt patients from wearing masks.

You can download a face mask exemption card like the ones below or make your own and carry it around on a lanyard or clip badge.
